We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or remain inactive for an extended period.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate and modify website content. AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended changes. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content is provided “as-is” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing all changes made through the Service before they go live.
- The Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from AI-generated content published to your website, including but not limited to inaccurate information, unintended modifications, accessibility issues, or SEO impacts.
- AI outputs may not comply with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA for healthcare, ADA for accessibility). Compliance with applicable laws remains your responsibility.
- The preview functionality exists so you can verify changes before deployment. Failure to review previewed changes does not transfer liability to the Company.
